I am only going to rate my chicken donner Didn't like...... It was hot and I said I didn't want hot and the meat mixed with a red paste that I have never seen on any chicken donner. The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice....Food: 2/5

Food can take a little while when they’re busy, but it’s always really good. Their fried chicken is the best in Peterborough, and their chilli sauce is really addictive. Friendly staff tooFood: 5/5

Decided to make a pit stop to refuel  stomach and not car  whilst on a trip up north which eventually took 6 hours to complete in the end.  The chap who took the order, I believe he may be the owner was super professional and courteous on the phone, as I ordered ahead of arriving to save time.  When I got there, the brother personally took me by foot outside of the shop and directed into the next building after asking where I could pray.  The food didn’t disappoint, it’s up there with one of the best doner meat and chips I’ve tried and believe me I’ve had my fair share.  All in all very pleased with the food and service received and I’m glad we discovered this local legend.  Ps I especially emphasised the customer service element of my experience as it is sadly a dying art wherever you go.

The team is very friendly. The Salam cola was amazing but still you guys need to get rid of Tango and red bull as they are the same as Coca Cola and Pepsi!!Food: 3/5

Extremely poor service. Food was supposed to take 35 minutes and took 2 hours. Food arrived cold-luke warm. Order was incomplete upon finally arriving some of the food had fallen out of the containers and was loose in the bottom of a paper bag. Will never be using megabite again as even when we phoned the speaker was rude and the hung up on me multiple times. This is not the service I expect from a well known company especially with the prices they charge. Terrible food and customer service. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

Friendly staff, cheap and clean restaurant but the food wasn't what I expected. It looks totally different from the pictures on the website

These guys are certainly on their way to introduce a new fast food chain in the UK. Their attitude is positive, very well presented restaurant, paying attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant and washroom, food is delicious and nicely presented. Very affordable prices. I would recommend this place :
