Loyal customer, nearly 10 years been ordering from this takeaway. food took nearly 2 hours, when asked when its arriving, ive been suggest to collect instead.... seriously? i've ordered to be delivered, what kind of service is this? then get told driver on his way, yet waited another 30 mins. driver called eventually... as soon as i pop out, he starts driving away. i stopped him and asked why he is driving away, he lied and said he wait 10 mins, it took me 1 minute to come out after phone call.... what he done is left the food on SOMEBODYS CAR BONNET.... when i told the driver that i will not order from them again.. he said 'yeah whatever dont call us'. is this a service a paying customer suppose to receive?! AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY!!! i gave one star cause i cant give anyway less......

Worse service i have ever received in my life, placed an order at 00.30 order was confirmed for 01.35, then changed to 02.05am at 02.15 am nearly 2 hours after my order i called and was advised the driver was on his way to me, no apology made at this point. At 02.40am order had still not arrived so i called and cancelled and even at this point still no apology. I would recommend not using, their service is beyond poor so i would not even rate it with 1 star but unable to leave it as 0!!!

Awful experience ... I have been waiting over two hours for a food delivery to arrive. Phone service shocking ... had to phone three times for an update on where the hell the food was. Shocking and a shame as food is good but if you want food quickly then forget ordering from here

Late. Cold. And driver wouldn't deliver to my door,I had to collect from the street. He then swore a lot and started to ring my phone after i got inside.

Beware rubbish service dnt waste your money. Ordered burgers buns were missing then delivery drive came delivered cold buns didnt even warm them up. Pizza was cold as ice. chips were refried donner was hard like brick Rather sleep hungry than order from here.
