Ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut website, was made and delivered by this branch ... came with a baked bug on it. They came and collected the pizza and gave us a new. I didn´t argue withe delivery guy as it was not his fault but I put the new pizza straight away in the bin as I can´t trust their hygiene anymore. 

Also two days ago I ordered a pizza with a coke...  they arrived 30 minutes late with a coke as hot as hot water.. luckily I had some ice cubes in the fridge,, I put 10 cubes in it, all melted after 3 minutes.. 

I´ve also been there once (2-3 months ago) to collect a pizza.. the guy there was talking in his phone and it took about 20 minutes before he turned around and saw me and gave me my pizza. 

I usually never complain about the restaurants, just never go back there again.. but this place needs serious improvements.

Absolutely SHITE!!!!!! This is the WORST COMPANY EVER. Pizzas were cold, crushed and bases were like eating the box. I cant give NO STARS as it wont let me.They came to retrieve the remainder of the pizzas after saying a full refund would be issued. After wards the same guy called back from the Broadway store and said the order was not full/complete. 
""OF COURSE IT WASN`T WE STARTED EATING IT"". My daughter is pregnant and needed to eat. We waited for an hour for the food to arrive.

Received pizza burnt cold and greasy , rang to resolve the problem and spoke to musaraf who was rude patronising and un helpful , if you would like a pizza don't order from here !!!

A treat for Mother's Day. Beautiful and hot pizza that was tasty and gratefully received. Had a great delivery man and enjoyed it immensely. Thank you. 😘

Disappointed ,  Disgusting threw majority in the bin , pizza horrible ! Nachos horrible ! Out of 5 stars 0!
