Went to wagamama for the first time ever and it was delicious! The staff was so friendly and the food was lovely and with a nice presentation. It wasn't very hot but i guess because they tried to put all the order together, but thats a minor.I really appreciated the fact that the waitress told me if it was my first time there that "the food does come in different times" but luckily all of our order came together. The vibe was really nice and you get to see the chefs cooking and doing a good hard job. Really liked it, will be back :
Have been to a few Wagamamas and this was significantly below others. Staff seemed to be up against it. Not sure if that was due to lack of training or staffing numbers. On arrival had to wait some time before being assisted. A member of staff did pass me a couple of times so all that needs to be said is that I will be with you ASAP and sorry for the wait. None of this happened. When I finally got to my table I was given a table number and told to look at the menu via the QR code. I could not read the table number after going onto the website via the code. I asked a member of staff what the code was but they then told me that they were not using the codes and got me a menu. The food itself was great. Again when trying to get my bill it took some time. Good food, poor service.
Wagamamas knows that no other chain in the UK makes Asian food as tasty or as consistently and therefore they can justify their relatively expensive menu. Their food IS good and their vegan range is massive. But I never have been there without thinking that it’s expensive! I would go here every couple of months for this reason, assuming I didn’t find other nice places to go. But this time I had a voucher so we got loads of money off!
I come to Wagamama regularly and I can say never disappoints!! Always nice service, friendly and helpful staff, delicious and beautifully served food! New plant based menu is just out of this world - smoothies, small dishes, mains, have tried most of them and they are so so good! Especially Chicken buns and ribs. Love every bit of it!! Would add more desserts - for example a vegan cheesecake!
Really lovely environment, quite a small wagas. Went on a Friday night so it was a bit busy but only had to wait a couple of minutes for a table. Food came quickly and was lovely and reasonable priced. The pay by phone feature means you don't have to wait around at the end of your meal. I will definitely be coming back.
Tried Japanese food for the first time, not my type.. Food was bland except Vegetable gyoza. There are lots of vegan options who like japanese cuisine. Drink was refreshing.
Went to wagamama a few days ago. Food was amazing and the waiter Max was just too wonderful, he gave us a few suggestion from the menu and we were all pleased. Max I rate you 10/10...Lovely gent
Wagamama never disappoints! We turned up not long before closing on a Friday night and the food / staff were great. Great choice on the menu for vegans too - would recommend the vegan chilli squid!
Really nice taste Food was good, The place is small one table can fit 8 but, will be pushing to limit so, suitable for smaller groups. They don't do reservations so, need to wait for busy days.
I think this is the best Wagamamas in Manchester! Every time I’ve visited the foods always been hot, tasty not bland or dry, fresh and has a lovely and welcoming vibe! The boas were unbelievable and fluffy!! I could have eaten 10!!! Can’t go wrong with Wagamamas, there’s something for everyone!
