These guys were really helpful when my family and I were in a difficult spot with our broken down car, a long way from home. They were really friendly, approachable and communicated well. When it became clear they wouldn't be able to fix our car within the timeframe we needed, they were very honest and decent about the whole situation. Tim in particular was very helpful. Thanks again everyone.

Good fast service

Car had a flat battery issue and took it here as now my local dealership. I had to ring the next day (lunch) to find out what was wrong with the car and how long they needed it. Got it back the following day (2 and half days to change a battery). Collecting the car forced to wait 5 minutes without while the service manager shuffled paperwork and didn't even have the politeness to say he would be a few minutes. Then pay for service that was done at the same time and get he mentions paperwork and shuffles it around for a few minutes longer before walking off. After standing there for a few minutes he comes back and says I have your key. When I ask why didn't you say you were going to get my key before leaving me standing there all I get is an argument. Sales manager was also complaining about customers after being on the phone to them while I was waiting. Most impolite and unprofessional dealership I've ever been too, better off going to Bristol Street Motors in Redditch where I used to live.
