A breath of fresh air when it comes to buying a second hand car. Paul and George were a pleasure to deal with. Gave us a great part exchange price for our Son's car and an equally great deal on the new car. Would highly recommend paying them a visit. 40+ miles for us to get there but we are so glad we did.
Wow. This father and son are brilliant. I viewed a car at noon. By half past three I had the car, with a years MOT, warranty, delivered to my door. When I hear of anyone wanting a good quality car for a reasonable price, I'll know where to send them. Customer service is fantastic with this company.
only have good things to say about this car dealership. the customer service i was shown was excellent, the owner Paul is an absolute gentleman and cant do enough for you, he is friendly and approachable which is unusual for a car salesman and does not try to force a sale onto you. i found my dream car on his car site and it was given a full mot with no advisors and a six month warranty, the log book was changed and the car taxed while i sat in his office and i couldnt be more happy with the car and the service provided. i am updating my review as of today 30/04/2020, i have now had my dream car for a month and a engine check warning light came on, not good news, but contacted Paul and within 24 hours he and his son George had fixed the problem, no hassle, no problems, no charge, i was taken home while the car was in the garage and collected later to pick it back up after it had been fixed. the service that this father and son provide is second to none and i would highly recommend this car sales company, they provide excellent sales service and also excellent aftercare service.
Purchased a low mileage Celica, Fantastic condition inside and out. Unfortunately it developed a fault which triggered the engine management light. Contacted the owner Paul. Nice Guy who arranged collection of the car from me and had it repaired and sorted at no extra cost. They have a fantastic selection of used cars in stock, all valeted and ready to go. Willing to negotiate on price always a bonus So if your looking for a used car with fantastic after sale service check them out.
Once purchased a car from Paul at Wyre Quality Cars, a Ford Focus ST. Paul was polite and responded to any queries promptly and was nice as pie. When there was multiple issues with the car, then problems occured. Non responsive to put it politely and disintrested. Unfortunately these types of dealers are the worst, nice when selling but don't want to know when there is issues. At least you get face value with a rude or unprofessional dealer from the outset than being led to believe a dealer is genuine and then finding the opposite. Was a real slog to get anything done under warranty by Paul and his son who at the time and may still do some of the warranty work. For this reason I cant recommend this company.
Really great experience with these guys so far, covid has made buying a car a bit of a pain but George and Paul made the whole thing feel stress free. Found the advert Monday and had the car delivered over 2 hrs away Wednesday morning. The car looks to be in great shape and you can tell WQC only advertise what they would be proud to sell. Recommended. Thanks guys.

Excellent small car sales showroom, with a good range of affordable but very good condition vehicles. I purchased an Astra SRi TDCi from here and so far have had very few complaints at all - and it does 45 miles a day!
