Excellent customer service.. nothing too much trouble from taking my car in for initial check to it being fixed today . Reasonable prices too.. definitely recommend 👍🏼 Thank you guys!!

Usually great customer service but after phoning in on Saturday 21st October to report the 4th time my clutch has failed under warranty, I was advised that although they sub contracted the work to Warners of Tewkesbury, it's not their responsibility. Also to be told that it's unlikely that Warner's have poorly fitted a part and that the complaint lies with Peugeot parts. Not able to provide a recovery truck, advised to pay myself for AA recovery because the fault must be diagnosed first. After breaking down on 3 occasions in vulnerable situations ( on major roads and roundabouts), I think I am likely to know if the symptoms and diagnosis are related to the clutch. I will be making a complaint ( you MOTd my car last weekend) and I do expect compensation for my 3 hour car parking , 2 AA recoveries and huge inconvenience on a weekend when I am due to go on holiday! An apology will no longer suffice.

Good service without trying to make you pay for things that are not required. Not the cheapest in town but certainly one of the better garages.

Excellent service and do a great job, always know where you stand and very straight forward to deal with, best garage in the area.
