This is such a friendly, helpful gym.The staff are brilliant and there are so many different classes to try.Very popular in the mornings so parking can be difficult. Pool is small for serious swimming.Has a small café too offering good value food open to non members.

I go to Beauty by Becky for my nails doing. Plenty of parking and cafe too although run down. Fabulous views across the bay.

Worst gym I have ever worked in. Staff are horrible especially the manager. I was suppose to be training it be a gym instructor and all they did was put me on reception then sacked me for not doing enough in the gym? How does that work. Left me in tears as they told me they don’t want me and not to come Back. Horrible place to work. The gym itself is a disaster I’ve never seen anything like it. DO NOT SIGN UP THEY ARE FAKE HORRIBLE IDIOTS.
