We are a Lancaster based strength and conditioning facility offering a varied, functional and effective fitness program. Each workout is scaled to meet the needs of every individual, whatever your age, gender and ability level.

All of our sessions are coached, providing you with feedback on technique, safety and encouragement throughout your workouts.

Inclusive and different, a gym about full body fitness, being agile, Having balance and being well. Not about one discipline, lifting weights, or cardio. Very welcoming, worth trying for a few sessions, no long term lock in deal here, they know you will keep coming back so pay as you go is welcomed.

Great gym. I visited while in town for the week. Coaches and class members were all really welcoming. Classes were well programmed and coaches were actively involved in improving technique throughout and offering scaled options suitable for all. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Crossfit is hard, but its good and the results are real! The community at this gym are a really good crowd and really help to encourage you, and motivate you to keep coming and pushing yourself over and over.

Community is at the heart of this family gym. Danny has involved his whole family in this gym. He's taken the old stool CrossFit principles and reinforced them within his gym. Mastery of the basics, integrity of standards and a striving for excellence in terms of athletes, community and personal growth! He's developed a regional level athlete also in Beth Hoggarth, forged great links with his local crossfit neighbours. Get your self down for a fun experience, a gym where everyone will know your name..and once you join you'll never want to leave!
