Story

3-1-5 Health Club is an outstanding and award winning fitness and leisure facility in Lancaster.

We have first class equipment which incorporates the revolutionary X-Force Strength Training Equipment.

In addition to the 200 station Fitness suite, other facilities include 3 pools including a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam and sunbeds and our World Class Studio programme has over 100 classes per week.

We also have our own in-house Stingray Swim School, squash courts & table tennis.

FREE parking, a licenced café and large wifi lounge make 3-1-5 everyone’s third space to relax, rejuvenate and re-vitalise.

Been a member since it opened and when it was total fitness. Good club, friendly, and good pools. They need more classes in the daytime to accommodate the Mon - Friday membership.

Great facilities, state of the art X Force equipment and plenty of it, full size and half size pool, fab changing rooms, lots of facilities including a cafe and nursery. Staff are fantastic, very motivating friendly and professional !

Only reviewing children's pool and men's changing rooms as that's all I have used. 

The pool is ok and normally pretty warm. Some days it's warmer than others. It's a standard size and seems to be as clean as you'd expect. 

The changing rooms are very dated and worn. You need to bring your own lock and some of the lockers are damaged so can't be locked. There are only a handful of cubicles for those who do not want to get changed in the open, and they don't look that big. There are enough showed it seems, there have always been a few free when I've needed one and the water is warm, with shower fell/foam provided that's ok. There are hair dryers too. 

The main problem that alive had is the baby changing facilities in the men's changing room. There is just 1 changing station and that's it. The women's changing rooms have 2 changing stations, a changing table and a play pen. In this day and age where men are also going to be taking babies swimming or are just as likely to be the ones changing the baby for swimming it's poor that we have 1 token changing station and that's it.

One of the most underestimated Gyms in the country ! If only fitness minded folk fully understood the concepts behind the x-force machines the running machines would be gathering dust .great instructors,use them !
