The facilities are ok, though the toilets and showers sometimes are in terrible condition. And the contract is somewhat unreasonable, you can join at anytime you want, they charge you only a small amount if it is not the beginning of the month. But if you decided to stop the membership, they require you to give a 30 days notice(I do not understand why on earth should there be need for such a thing), which often ends up with you paying one month more. In my case, I joined the membership on 27th of October 2017, they charged me 5 pounds for the remaining 4 days in October. After I realized that I will not be in Lancaster by the end of April 2018 on the 3rd of April, I give them a notice on exactly the same day, and they told me that I need to pay for the membership until the end of May. What is more, you have to pay for the membership card additionally (15 pounds), and it is not refundable. I do not recommend this gym.

The only problem is that I don't know the popular to.es of the establishment. How am I supposed to know when to go. Shall I just never go. Gd.

Spacious, clean, well equipped gym. Much bigger on the inside than you might expect. All the kit is modern and in good working order. There's a studio which is cool and airy but maybe a little on the small side. Lack of staffing outside normal working hours rarely results in problems, although the place can get in a real mess after the evening crowd, with equipment lying around all over the place first thing in the morning. The fact that this place is open 24/7 is it's main strength. It's even open on Christmas day.

Decent equipment, good staff, a bit on the pricey side. The great benefit with Snap is that it is 24/7, so you can go whenever it suits you.
