Qhen we arrived i discovered I had accidentally booked the tickets for the previous. David very kindly allowed us to change the booking to that day. Excellent service. Always great sound and picture quality. Our favourite cinema.
Only 2 stars! As a family we watched Avatar 2. The sound was OK but what really makes the film spectacular is the visuals and they were a massive let down. Very bad quality picture just ruined the film.
Oh dear, almost entirely empty: a doomed business, unless they think up a better attraction than the usual soul-less cinema. Give it some thought, if you want you keep your jobs! Get a drinks licence, a smoking area, some games machines, anything to get the kids in....
Perfect choice to watch a film. Their team is lovely and help with any issues, never a problem they can't fix. The team at this cinema are great, from the management team down. Amazing
Staff were really helpful and friendly. Perfectly accessible for wheelchair users. Wheelchair space inside the seating area has great viewing of the screen.
A clean, tidy, professionally run cinema. The seating has loads of leg room. Climate controlled so very comfortable.
Film experience was good however the town is a bit of an empty shell. Thisnis one of a few main selling points in Didcot.
Found the staff to be very friendly and had a smile on their faces, it all adds to a pleasant experience.
Friendly staff, reasonable standards of picture quality and sound in most screens. Could do with some modernisation and nicer seats but overall not a bad experience.
Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. Seats reasonably comfortable. Picture and sound quality very good. Improvement could be made in selection and quality of food offered.
