Certainly our experience could have been improved. Issues that we feel should be addressed are:- # Quicker ticket buying by having more than ONE ticket sale point. # Improve visibility of ROW LETTERS & SEAT NUMBERS. # FAR TOO HOT in our particular showing theatre. # Albeit Costa is not under the control of Showcase, slow service due to limited operators, reflects on the overall experience. We arrived at 10:45 and I was surprised at the quantity of stock, cardboard boxes etc. that was being conveyed to sale positions. This clearly reduces the available headcount and raises the question of how management have arranged 'Start up procedures. Otherwise, ease of parking, access in and out of the cinema was easy. The cinema, the parts we saw were clean and uncluttered.

Went to see Red Sparrow today. No way should this film be classed as a 15. It should be at least an 18 age limit. Was very shocked at explicit content that has been deemed suitable for children. Not the cinema's fault, I suppose. Just bringing it to people's attention.

A very nice place To go and enjoy a film And very friendly staff And a worm welcome plus there is plenty of places to eat If you are looking for some were to eat For me I give it 10 out for 10

Easy to park even though there were a lot of cars already in the car park. Foyer roomy and spacious. Actual theatre seats also very comfortable and leaned back comfortably without impacting customers behind. Screen (within the standard theatre we were in) was small, definitely a lot smaller than I am used to with Cineworld for example. No doubt they have large screen experience at the site but that would come at an extra cost presumably.

Great for wheelchair users. Wheelchair spaces were on row 3 instead of at base of screen. So no bad neck by end of film. The only problem we had was getting through main doorsinto entrance of cinema. No automatic door that we could see
