Very nice cinema. Neat and clean with pleasant staff. However, like most cinemas, the merchandise, food, drinks and snacks are grossly overpriced. Also, while it's nice to have surround sound, the volume level can often be painful and needs to be turned down.
Great parking options. A range of fast food outlets in the immediate vicinity and main town only 10 mins walk. Cinema has a range of seating options. It is usually clean and tidy. I don't purchase food there as it's way overpriced, as are the drinks. But food always smells lovely.
Good convenient cinema but they really need more staff at the sales counters. When I went on Friday 13th Jan a queue was building up and the one person serving was spending an age making the popcorn, nachos and giant hotdogs that people can't seem to do without at the cinema these days. I had to ask the member of staff checking tickets to help out.. .only for her to end up serving up popcorn and nachos too!
Went to watch a film here and it was great the parking was easy and the staff were brilliant very pleasant. Nice clean well kept cinema will go again
Great comfy seating in comparison with cineworld where I have an unlimited membership. Screens are a little smaller, or atleast they were in room 2. Definitely visit again when I'm back in the area
Everything we needed was just a stone throw away from the car park. A nice big comfy cinema with bowling and amusements next door.
We were in Wales for a weekend, in front of our hotel is this cinema, it was a full weekend
Great cinema. Plenty of room for parking and lots of food places to eat in walking distance.
Very reasonable prices here. Very empty this Thursday afternoon. Comfy seats and plenty of space. Friendly staff and contact less booking system due to booking online. I come here often and am willing to travel a bit further that Nantgarw Cinema thats just down the road from me in order to come here as its so good. Will certainly return.
We had to queue outside to get in as only 1 person was serving. After 20mims someone did come out and put more people on tills. Prices for water was £3 a bottle!!! Rip off prices
