First time coming to this cinema as I have a Vue discount for food and drink, and tickets thanks to Monzo. Was very impressed with everything from start to finish. The staff are very friendly and informative, showing which screen I needed to get to. I got myself a regular combo with regular popcorn, a bag of fruit pastilles and a Pepsi and I also got 10% off thanks to Monzo. I like the seating, you can recline so you’re not craning your neck when sat at the front rows. I’ve knocked a star off because the ladies toilets were dirty in some cubicles but clean in others. I like the location, next to the bus station so I can get back to Lincoln. Will be coming again definitely.
Parking door broken so drove round to find somewhere to park... apparently been broken ages... movie too quiet and staff member wasn't bothered, so we walked out, will use doncaster next time
Went with my daughter to see Avatar: fire and ash, I purchased the picture popcorn bucket for her with popcorn, we watched film, she ate popcorn, however when we got home she ate some more and then came to the bottom of the bucket which had used tissues in it! Disgusting cinema, I've rang customer services.. it's automated, live chat.. email us, emailed.. no response, review on their website.. no response, Facebook chat.. no response, I even commented on someone else post on their Facebook page with, surprise surprise..no response.nDisgusting company and staff, I've informed family and friends to avoid this cinema and I hope others do too!
Went to go watch scream 7 lastnight. Terrible service from staff. No scream merch as advertised for the 27th. Will be going to out of town cinemas in future. Same as everything else in Scunthorpe....crap
I had an excellent experience today at Vue. Yesterday I brought 2 tickets for a film and whilst looking for my card the site closed so I reopened it and orderednHowever, when I got to Vue today I had stupidly not checked the film date on my order and ordered a film for 1st and not the 2nd. Staff were amazing and honoured my order and we got to see the film even though the fault was all mine. Really ace customer service thank you guys so much.
