Female toilets are stinking and in need of TLC and toilet roll. VIP seats had popcorn and rubbish stuck down the side and all over the floor it looked like it handed been cleaned for weeks. Also two grown men started fighting at the end of the show that was very disappointing to have to whiteness having a child with me. More to my concern not one member of staff was present the full time the men were fighting this doesn't make me feel very safe at all. I will defiantly not return.
Can't go far wrong with pictures and seats. Juice had way to much ice it, was charged for an extra popcorn after the girl asked me twice if it was 5 I wanted. And prices are ridiculous for what you get. We get 5 popcorn 5 cokes and 1 m+ms.
Vip seats think the vip stands for very intense pain they are the most uncomfortable seats I've ever sat in definitely not worth upgrading to them think I will use other cinema chains instead won't be back here ever again and over priced pop corn and drinksalso it was like a sauna I was sweating like mad so made it even more uncomfortable
I am extremely disappointed in the service me and my partner received today. Not only were we given the wrong coke, she didn’t tell us until the drink was poured. All the front counter staff seemed as if they couldn’t be bothered to do their job, which they clearly can not. There was no one there to scan our ticket and no one thought to help us or anyone else waiting to get in. Extremely lazy staff. Both juices were flat, which I think is ridiculous considering the prices charged for them. The cinema was absolutely dead, and it was 8pm they still had a couple hours until their shift ended, there is no excuse. They scooped the popcorn out of what looked like a bin bag in front of us, what about this is appealing at all? Will not be back.

I visit this cinema most of the time,and I like the build and styling of the place.All the cinema screens are on the second floor,but there is a lift for wheelchair users to access them!My only complaint?A few times,the cinema screening halls,needed a bit more of a clean!
Love the Vue as its pricing tier is great for families! As a family of 5 paying £4.99 for a ticket is much more affordable. The seats are still quite comfy and the layout of them means the kids can always see even if tall people sit in front of them. There's a wide range of food and drink but this is pricey!! I was £38 for 2 drinks, 2 hotdogs and 2 portions of Nachos!! There are combo deals but not always what the kids want either. Everywhere is really pricey for snacks and food now though but I, personally, would mot pay the prices here again for food or sweets. You are allowed to bring your own as long as its not hot food or hot drinks though i think.
Usually always clean. Some of the seats are showing their age, but still comfortable. Prices are reasonable for tickets, food is a little expensive, but that's how cinemas work so it's expected. Staff are helpful.
I was disappointed with the service. Despite there being five staff, only one table was open during peak time.
Nothing wrong with Cinema experience but took my daughter, we watched a 3 hour film, had Nando's afterwards, all good until I got a £60 rising to £100 if I don't pay early parking charge from Euro Car Parks for parking longer than 3 hours. Do not go here if you want to watch a film over 2 and a half hours or do anything else on site before or after.
