Great place all under one roof. Wheelchair accessible with lift to the first floor. Many screens and all automated.
It is a very average cinema with tiny screens. I would only recommend coming here if you have no alternatives.
Went here a few years back to watch Ballerina and it had a very aesthetically pleasing entrance hall, not too dark and dim, with self service concessions and tickets. We had the screening to ourselves and it was a wonderful experience overall. Great pricing as well.
Great sounds,nice seats however not much leg room to stretch out on long films it's like sat on a Ryanair flight. Have to pay for parking also.
Visited vue in Darlington with my partner around about 1 in the afternoon. . staff were extremely helpful and got our sweets and drinks and tickets fairly quick. We realized that we had booked our seats on the front row and after some amazing help from a guy called Stuart he re arranged our seats and made our visit more enjoyable . Toilets were clean and tidy... The only slight complaint I have is that none of the staff had name badges because otherwise I would have given a big shout out to all the staff that were fantastic.
