I picked up my new Mazda car today and I am So Happy!
From the first day I ordered my car to the pick up day at Donald's I've been treated very well.
Aaron Marsh the salesman was Great, listened to my requirements in detail and was very helpful throughout, so easy to talk to, yet so knowledgeable as well. Now on my 3rd Mazda from Donald's and always been looked after, Aaron was so accommodating and... Thanks guys, they made a specific effort as it's my birthday. You Aced it!!

They recently sent a voucher to existing customers (I'd used the Bury St Edmunds Mazda branch for a safety recall before) offering a substantial sum off used cars. The small print excluded some new Alfa models but apart from that made it appear any used car was included.
Well surprise it didn't include the used car I wanted to buy, and when pressed the salesman couldn't explain why or what other exclusions were, just the one I was interested in wasn't included. I got the impression any car you actually wanted would mysteriously be excluded. Bit shabby really. 
The trade-in price for my car was OK but lost my trust, I wouldn't recommend.

I bought a BMW 535D from Donalds Volvo Ipswich on 30 December 2017. The car was exactly as described in the advertisement.  
They were very friendly, polite, no pressure, so easy to do business with. They kept all their promises for the small points I noted and they delivered the car fully valeted and serviced.
Joseph was very pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable about the car. 
If you’re looking for a car and great customer service Donalds in Ipswich is the place to go. I strongly recommend them

Very polite and helpful staff and they can't do enough for you and they make sure that when you buy a car like I did that you are completely comfortable and happy with your car would recommend
