I am not usually a review writer, but want to say a huge thank you to Lee Bloomfield and Howard. First rate assistance, great trade in and they put up with me changing my mind on which car I wanted.... in the end, and a few test drives later, I went with a one year old Mokka which is as good as new and a total dream to drive...... AVOID like the plague. Ordered parts from them as Desira couldnt get next day. Parts guy decided to order something totally different and try and tell us its superseded. Checked with another Vauxhall dealer and on their parts catalogue to see that its not the correct part for the vehicle. Spoke to master tech in marshalls workshop who also agreed the part was incorrect, hours wasted, still no correct parts
5 star plus service from this dealership who bent over backwards to finalize the sale as we were going on holiday and needed the car asap. Lee and Larna went above and beyond to make the sale go as smoothly as possible. Would 100% recommend.
Unsure of whether I misheard the man’s name, either Harold or Howard I believe… I came into the shop for some advice on locking wheel nuts, he was brilliant from start to finish. Very polite & professional… helped with all queries. Brilliant job! Thank you once again!
Went in for a waiting MOT.... they're ok in getting the job done well, but the start of the MOT was very late and given approximate times before car was ready were optimistic. Their sales side looks great though from whilst I was waiting and unpushy from what I witnessed with customers whilst waiting
The best place you can go to buy a car .and ive been to lots of garages ...the staff are wonderful ..Rob, Lee..and larna and a spainish sales gentleman ....are so so helpful and friendly..what they say they will do.. they definitely do ...cant wish for anything better in buying my new car ...definitely worth going there ...
