Booked a service online, they confirmed it with a phone call to me only for them to be closed that day. I called again to arrange another, they were busy and said they would call back, still waiting. I went with Underwood's in Colchester in the end.

now got are 3rd skoda citigo from here and we love it. looks good and feels good. each citigo car we had they improve in looks and colour and driving. highly recommend this place. great staff.

I managed to pull my rear view mirror off the windscreen. Phoned in and was told to come in. Waited for 10 minutes whilst Richard who works in the salesroom area had a look. All fixed and sent on my way - no charge. Fantastic service, thank you.
