Helpful reception staff but that's about it.  Service not very good. Mot carried out at another third party garage! Overpriced and tried to highlight issues that didn't exist. More interested in trying to scrap vehicle and sell new one. Normally Toyota dealerships across the world are good but this one was utterly rubbish. Not much clue about Hilux models. Avoid!

Salesman did everything but give us the 0% APR deal advertised on the car leaving us to work out the figures and whether it actually matched the price of the car.  This started at over £1000 over the value of the car. He had to come back four times (and over an hour later) with different repayment schemes before it matched the value of the car. 

This included the last time when challenged the salesman claimed the total was £50 over the value of the car due to gap insurance (even though we hadn't asked for or discussed this). It was actually £500 over the value of the car! We politely declined.

They also did a credit search on my file without my knowledge even though it was my partner purchasing the car.

If you've got a suit or shirt and tie on they practically fall over themselves to serve you.. if not you mite have to wait  35-45 mins as we did on more than one occasion .in the end we just gave up. Bad show toyota.  You lost a good customer that has spent a lot of money over the past few years..

Took my car in for a recall. Was greeted by a helpful smiley face who offered me a seat and a drink of my choice. Watched TV and relaxed. They washed and vacuumed my car. Plus all done exactly to time stated. 

Only thing to say - get some airport style lounging chairs for better comfort for those waiting for work to be completed.

I had a service combined with mot last month (September), as always customer service was 1st class! I was kept up to date on any issues and given a time to pick up which was  time acceptable to me.
The car was washed and vacuumed but I noticed only in the passenger side which is why I marked 4 not 5.
