The staff were all very good-friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. The office and waiting area are neat and tidy, making for a pleasant and comfortable environment.nnA huge bonus is the easy access to a bus stop for a ride into town after dropping off the car. This made the logistics after dropping off my vehicle incredibly convenient.
Fantastic experience buying a car from Ipswich Audi this week, Howard was great to deal with as was Angus who sorted the handover. The car was very well presented, pulling the cover off in the showroom was and I drove off very happy with a full tank of fuel too. Shame it’s so far away and won’t be my local dealership.
First of all before I say anything, Harry Hill has 5 stars from me as he had been very good with me and very polite and welcoming, he done a great handover with my new A1 too, however I was experiencing some issues with the car and I went up twice to then be told “nothings wrong” which I knew there was as I do know a lot about cars whereas the people at the desk knew nothing and hadn’t got a clue what they were talking about they were also lacking politeness and basic customer service skills, the first two times I went up I was being made to feel I was in the wrong for stating the car had issues and no one wanted to take accountability for this, I then went to Audi UK and had reported this branch for not sorting the issues I then go back up for the third time but this time I had someone scan the car with an OBD reader and got all the results sent over to my phone to then show that there are issues, with that the mechanic then booked me in to have the car sorted, however I had someone different serve me and deal with giving me a courtesy car, he seemed like he didn’t really care and wasn’t interested and walked me out to the courtesy car then walked off not being told anything, I then get a phone call late Thursday afternoon asking to pick the car up but already had other commitments and when told I couldn’t get the car I then get a rude attitude, so I go up next day to get my car and yet again no one being friendly or welcoming and finally get my car back, I think the staff need to take some tips from Harry on how to treat a customer as I was made to feel guilty for addressing the issues with my car!!
Recently purchased an Audi e tron from Ipswich Audi. Car is now leaking water in the interior at an alarming rate.nnCalled service to get the car booked in due to having warranty only to be told the soonest booking is the 17th! If it were summer then this would be fine but freezing nights and constant rain will ruin the interior of the car. The car will never dry and only getting worse. I would expect something better than this considering the circumstances.
Very pleased. Excellent service. Great car.nAbout a month ago I bought a used A4 Avant from Audi Ipswich. Ellie was outstanding from the start - patient and considerate, with great communication. I can't speak highly enough of her.nThe car was delivered to my door in fantastic condition, with all the assurances of an Audi dealership - e.g. roadside assistance, 1-year warranty etc.
