Avoid at all costs.nnMy experience with Volvo East London has been shockingly poor and financially damaging. From the moment issues were raised with the vehicle, the dealership dragged communication, delayed decisions, and repeatedly failed to act promptly, leaving me in a prolonged state of uncertainty.nnI raised concerns in person on 12 November and formally by email on 13 November, yet Volvo East London took weeks to respond meaningfully. During this time, I was pushed back and forth with vague updates while they appeared more focused on protecting their own position than resolving the issue fairly.nnDont be fooled by big dealers and small dealers as this one did me surprisingly selling me a damaged car which they themselves couldn't understand. I paid over £45k for a XC90 which they try to sell off to me until I discovered its body work and then a small apology like its nothing intentional. See pictures attached of how I received the vehicle which was 11 months old only. Poor standards for a main dealer.nnAs a direct result of their delays, I was exposed to avoidable finance costs, despite acting reasonably and promptly throughout. Had Volvo East London handled the matter with basic professionalism and urgency, this situation would never have escalated.nnCommunication was poor, accountability was non-existent, and I was left to deal with the financial consequences of their inaction. This has now escalated beyond the dealership and is being reviewed externally.nnI strongly question the standards of customer care and internal processes at this branch. If you value transparency, timely communication, and being treated fairly, think very carefully before dealing with Volvo East London.
Dear Sir/Madam,nnAbout two months ago, I brought my vehicle to your service for an oil change and air filter replacement. A week after receiving my car, I checked it before a long trip and realized that the air filter had not been replaced. Unfortunately, I had to take the long trip in this condition and tried to clean it myself as best as I could.nnI would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding this matter for your information.
A Fantastic Experience!nI would highly recommend this car showroom. My family and I experienced an exceptional level of service from the moment we walked through the door. We were welcomed by a lovely lady, Hannah, who was polite, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.nWe hadn’t made an appointment and had travelled over an hour to see a particular car we liked, so we were prepared to wait. Even so, Ella, another lovely team member, couldn’t do enough for us — she kept checking in, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.nWhen it was our turn, we were helped by Roger, who was amazing. Even though we were a last-minute appointment, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough. He answered all of our questions, double-checked everything, and was very understanding of my indecisiveness!nEveryone we dealt with was an absolute credit to the showroom, and we are truly grateful for the outstanding service we received. Thank you all so much!

He was not pushy & did not rush through anything.nI felt like a valued customer even before buying the car.nnmy family love it,
Fantastic service from the start. Ram was extremely helpful and kept me updated from the day I ordered my new vehicle. He was also true to his word on delivery time unlike Mercedes who told me my vehicle would be ready to pick up at the start of October but then kept changing the date. Once it got to January I cancelled the order. Ram told me 2 weeks and was true to his word. Highly recommended. The vehicle is a delight also.
