The first visit was fine and friendly, picking up the vehicle wasn't great with the limited space & the guys were impatiently rushing me to get a move on while transferring items from rental back to pick up vehicle. Lack of manners at the end by the guys outside were a bit of a put off.

I have to say. I bought my car here and I am absolutely delighted by the professionalism of the members of staff of Tran City Car. Absolutely helpful people helped with everything we needed. Big thanks to Reece who was phenomenal who kindly helped us through the process. I highly recommend buy a Skoda from here for two reasons. First for being a fantastic car and second for how professional and helpful the members of staff are at Tran City Car.

Excellent customer service, bought an Octavia from here in May and just been back for another one. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Cars were both fully serviced, taxed and MOT'd. Any problems repaired before purchases. They even gave us flowers and a bottle of wine to congratulate us on our purchases 😃

I'm very happy with the customer service. I've had a problem on my Golf Gt that has been into two different VW garages who couldn't fix the problem. I brought my car here and they found and fixed the problem through my warranty scheme. I'm very happy, I have my car back in working order. I will recommend this place to anyone.

I initially had a negative experience as a result of poor communication but my impression was turned around completely thanks to Colin, the customer service manager. He personally followed up on my complaint and made sure that the work which my car required was done to the adequate standard. Thanks.
