Bought a car from the dealership online. The process was so simple. They sent me in depth photos and a video. The price was right and with free delivery it was perfect. Thanks Steve more than happy with my Superb Estate.

Fantastic dealership from start to finish. They gave me great service, nothing was too much trouble, the receptionists were great too. The vehicle was a really good deal and at one point the whole process was so straightforward and easy and the price so good I was wondering if it was all a big scam. But no, just an awesome dealership. Some good old East End charm as well. Definitely use these guys, they are brilliant.
Went to this place for my motobility vehicle. Really lovely people. All very friendly & welcoming. Steve, who helped me with my vehicle is a really nice helpful chap who calmed my worries & carefully explained everything to me without me feeling rushed at all. I have never been into such a friendly car centre. Very impressed! & The flowers & wine are a really nice touch. Thanks for all your help Trans City
Just wanted to give a big thank you once again to Steve . He has been very helpful from the start of the process of getting a car on the mobility scheme, he kept me updated the whole way through and answered any question or worry I may of had. Also got a nice bottle of wine and flowers to go with the new car.
Sadly things have gone downhill since I ordered my new vehicle from them four years ago. Dropped my car in for its service this morning, one of their drivers prioritised getting the car he was moving in before mine by not giving way to the customer, so I was unable to enter the service area fully, but was off the road safely. A team member asked me to reverse on to the main road, I asked where to go and he said park on the road. I pointed out I’m not allowed to as it’s either double yellow or zigzag for the crossing. He barked ‘ what do you want us to do then?’. I obliged and am left angry as I shouldn’t have caved to the bullying by doing something prohibited by the Highway Code and parking restrictions in place for everyone’s safety and it’s not fair that he pressured me into compromising safety like that when I should have stood up to him by replying to his unprofessional question that I expect them to utilise the free space that was in the service area to avoid telling and then pressuring a paying customer into doing something prohibited. I mentioned the incident politely when booking in the car and the service manager was quite nonchalant about his team barking at customers and pressuring them to do things they are responsible to not do as a driver. I then had to raise the issue that Skoda finance have told me I shouldn’t have paid for the last service as I still had one owing as shown on my online account dashboard. The person in the dealership that can check this is on holiday today apparently. In fairness I was told they could sort it tomorrow and if I did have to pay for it, they could take a card payment over the phone. I had to decline as at the last annual service, they incorrectly processed three payments on my card blocking several hundred pounds from my credit card for a week. Together with the fact that Skoda finance claimed £9,500 too much on my direct debit and have made a complete hash of sorting it meaning it’s still an outstanding issue and I had to reverse the transaction directly with my bank so they didn’t take the £9,500 they’ve admitted they shouldn’t have taken from my account. It makes it hard for me to recommend this dealer or Skoda in general as this case shows your money just isn’t safe from them and I’m carrying a lot of stress and wasted time sorting through all the mistakes to then be subjected to this unfair and unpleasant experience first thing in my morning. NB - the direct debit issue is the one issue above that doesn’t involve this dealership, but it adds to what all in all, has turned into a very stressful situation for me as the paying customer.
Recently purchased a vehicle from Trans City Skoda. Dealt with James Bailey there who was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Trans City Skoda are good - James Bailey made them great in my humble opinion. If you're interested in a car they have in stock then James is the guy you want to deal with. A young lad that goes out of his way to make buying a car a pleasurable experience as opposed to the commission hungry salesman that I've grown so wary and tired of.
