All vehicles are available for viewing within our indoor showroom. Vehicle descriptions have HD photographs with zoom and video facility for enhanced viewing.

Auto2000 are an RAC approved vehicle retailer, all vehicles are subject to an exacting 82 point check to achieve the RAC approved vehicle preparation standard. RAC Platinum level warranty cover is included within the sale of each vehicle, complimentary RAC roadside, recovery, at home and onward travel cover is included.

I saw a car with these crooks in December, I paid a deposit and was told if I was unable to get finance they will refund back my money. I was unable to get finance under the same terms as agreed with auto2000, so I asked for my refund back. I waited for several days no answer, numerous emails and correspondence no answer. I tried getting my money back from my bank, they said this was not possible. I have since raised a order of complaint in the small claims court. On the receipt they hand wrote if I was unable to get finance they will refund my money, You see they gave me a hand written receipt which apparently (some thing I didn't know) the merchant services do not accept as proof of evidence. Avoid this garage, trust me I think they will sell you a car and than just forget about you with 0% customer service or in my case take your money and have nothing to show for it.

I had an issue with my wheel on a car I bought from Auto 2000 (I probably took some nasty pothole). And I decided to ask staff from Auto 2000 for help with resolving this. And all of them were very helpful and helped to sort the whole thing out for me for a good price! I definitely recommend them. EDIT: I just sold my car and the new buyer told me that MOT records show that the wheels were cracked and welded before I bought the car. The new buyer did a full HPI check which I didn't as I unfortunately trusted the company.

I have never dealt with such shoddy customer service. BMW 3 series i bought from scott at Auto2000 had problem afer problem and they didnt want to know. BEWARE,

These guys are friendly not too pushy and very honest. I noticed that they prepare their cars very well as everything I looked at was is in new looking condition. Other places I looked at had cars with damaged alloy wheels, bumper scuffs & grubby interiors. I'll definitely go back and recommend this place.
