Great place to come for a car auction although watch out for the buyer fees. There is a restaurant on-site as well as parking. There are two halls where car sales take place. Remember to register before bidding.

Terrible after sales service - Bought a Range Rover Sport with BCA assured report which had all the green ticks including gearbox. After driving for 5 mins the gearbox malfunction came up and was slipping gears. Contacted the assured team and they weren't willing to do anything about it as they said they just put it into gear when carrying out the assured test. The staff are unhelpful and customer care does not exist.

I used to go to car auctions a lot about for cars in the past but now whenever I go just to watch if I could get a good deal I realise they become so popular the prices are sometimes even more than standard gallery prices who offers warranty but BCA do not offer a warranty. And it shocks me to see people buying from Auctions anymore.

Do your homework before you go and decide which cars you want to bid for. Set a budget and stick to it. The cars go through very quickly, blink and they're gone.

worst experience bought mercedes E class 2011 clean aa report, i drove it less than 200 miters and three fault water pup leaking gear box issue, and no hand breaks, idont know how they trders make money out of it
