We bought a car today and it was an absolute pleasure to do business with them. The dealers were polite, responsible and very informative. It didn't feel like we were purchasing a second-hand car but a brand new one because of their excellent service and customer-dealing skills, thus I would highly recommend their service to anyone because I am sure they will not be disappointed.
Fantastic service, couldn't be happier with my purchase for an A3. The car had one previous owner, full dealer service history and had all the necessary documentation to prove the car had been well looked after. Danny, the sales manager on site, clearly knows his business. Provided us with a years warranty and gave us a great deal. We have had the car for a year now...best car I have ever owned and here to get the MOT done, for sure will be back again. Thank you BD Trade Sales.
I bought a car from this place 4 months ago. The car is totally perfect, I cannot fault the car. Bd trade sales is a good dealership with plenty cars to choose from. I had travelled a long way and bought a value for money car. When I was there I could see they were very busy, I had to wait a while but it was worth it, they had buyers from all over the UK. Very happy customer. The car had had one previous owner, full dealer service history and was exactly as described. I was grateful that they pointed out blemishes and had all the necessary documentation to prove the car had been well looked after. Danny, the sales manager on site, immediately agreed to correct some minor flaws and provide an MOT. My mechanic found a few defects that needed fixing but thankfully Danny agreed to cover the cost of the work. We've had the car a year now...best car I have ever owned. Thank you BD Trade Sales.
I have no knowledge of cars, Danny at the dealership advised me. I purchased a car and I am very happy. I cannot believe my luck. These guys got some real good cars. An excellent experience. Purchased my first car from the good people at bd autos this week. The car was spotless, exactly as described. We noticed a headlight bulb was out as we were viewing the car, which the on site mechanic sorted in no time. No hard sell. Hassle free paperwork. No nonsense, professional service.
I emailed to see if a car advertised was available. Danny phoned me up and held the car for me all day until I arrived. What car sales would do that? The car was honestly presented and after test drive I decided to buy it a lovely BMW . Great price and great service from a very professional outfit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Dan is great, he sold me a car that is the best. I am very very happy. I would recommend his business all day, everyday.
