Brought my car in for annual service and the team were absolutely excellent, with Mohammed in particular providing a first class service I haven't experienced from any other Volvo outlets in London.

I’ve called Volvo Central London about a small issue about the back seat safety net being stuck. They’ve been so helpful to squeeze me into their calendar despite being very busy. They sorted my issue within a few minutes of me arriving.  Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back if I need anything done with my car.

When I finally decided to replace my old vehicle I just new that my new one will be a Volve as I have always considered them the most reliable cars on the market. So when I finally went to their office two weeks ago I was amazed not only by the quality of the cars but by the professional approach of the staff. They were really polite and carefully listened to my requirements. Thanks to their guidance I was able to choose the C30 as the most appropriate car for me. I was really happy with the fact that they took care of all the formal arrangements and I was rarely bothered thoughtout the whole legal process. Plus the service plan that I was offered was more than great which is a big advantage. If you are looking to buy a proper Volvo this is the only place to get one in London,
