Story

Based in Finchley, North West London, RoadRunner Service Centre and RoadRunner Tyres have now been running for over 30 years, ensuring our repeat customers receive the care and dedication they come to expect from us with each new vehicle they bring.

At RoadRunner Service Centre we will collect and deliver your car, bike or van within a 10 mile radius. Servicing the needs of North London, Barnet, Enfield, Finchley, Mill Hill, Potters Bar, Borehamwood, Watford, Highgate, Edgware, Golders Green, Hendon, Hampstead and Kilburn.

We can conduct MOT tests for Class IV, Class VII & Class V vehicles, keeping you on the road in your car, van or minibus. We also offer servicing, brakes, tyres, exhausts, air con, clutches, and tuning.

In addition, we specialise in number plates, wheel refurbishment, motorbike repairs, diagnostics, smart repair/body shop, gearbox repairs, tracking/4 wheel alignment, valet service and more.

I found this garage rated highly on the 'Good Garage Scheme' website.
I went to their website where it says 'FREE AIR CONDITIONING CHECK' (see screenshot) 
The air conditioning on one of our vans stopped working today.
Sent the driver in with the van today to see if they had time to do the 'FREE AIR CONDITIONING CHECK' or to book it for another day if they didn't have time.
The resulting conversation (on the phone) went like this:
ME: "can you check the air conditioning?"
MANAGER: "yes it takes one hour"
ME "great thanks, and it's a free check like it says on your website?" 
MANAGER "no of course not, it might take me three hours to check, how can I do that for free?"
ME: "what do you check on the 'FREE AIR CONDITIONING CHECK' advertised on your website?"
MANAGER: "whether it's working or not"
ME: "but we brought it in today because it's not working" 
MANAGER: "well, we check the gas then"
ME: "It's not the gas, it's been re-gassed" 
MANAGER "well i'm not doing it for nothing, what do you want me to do?"

Went to Roadrunner as had some body damage to my new Merc. They did an immaculate job and at short notice for competitive prices. Very pleased with the work. Brian was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again. Will be recommending you guys in future!

I took my car to have the tyres fixed in May 2018. I am a new driver and my knowledge about car parts are limited. Upon returning home I realised the tyre fited looked off. I took it to Kwik Fit just locally. Only to be told that the tires are the wrong size and this is picked up when the wheels are being changed. I attempted to get a swap or change. I can not believe I have to fork out more money to buy a complety new tire as this can not be returned because I drove on it; unknowing it being the wrong tyre.

Great guys. I had to go back to get my problem fixed but they waited for me on a Saturday even though they were closing at my estimated time of arrival. Great shop. Definitely recommend
