Dropped into Kwik Fit this morning with a valve cap issue. Kim got me into the workshop immediately and the guys worked really hard to free them up. No go, so all four had to be cut off manually and replaced with standard plastic ones. All 4 tyres were then topped up to the correct pressures. Absolutely fantastic service, second to none. I’d highly recommend this centre and team to anyone and everyone!
The customer service was just brilliant and I was really grateful that they managed to squeeze me in on a busy day. The lady, I spoke to - Kim was just wonderful - really polite and friendly and I loved her energy. She was calm and reassuring and genuinely wants to help. Yousef checked my tyres and did an excellent job. Definitely going back.
I recently had an unexpected tire pressure issue with my Audi A1 after a road trip to Cambridgeshire. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Audi West London, Kwik Fit Cricklewood, and Kwik Fit Lower Hampstead, I was feeling frustrated. However, my experience at Kwik Fit Golders Green completely turned things around. Branch Manager Kim and her team went above and beyond to assist me. Despite being busy and fully booked, they took the time to address the problem with my tire pressure and alignment, even though I was a first-time visitor. Kim’s professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process. Thanks to their efforts, my transportation woes were quickly sorted out. I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for top-notch service and genuine care for your vehicle, look no further than Kwik Fit Golders Green. I highly recommend them!

Temple Fortune branch of Kwik Fit is really well run, and well organised. This is down to good team work , especially from the lady at the main desk can’t remember her name - sorry - I think she is the manager. She has a great way with the customers, and really knows what she’s doing, which makes you feel good.
Popped this morning with a flat tyre, I was greeted straight away from Mas and Rob. They got me in straight away without a booking, believe it or not, and it was done within 15 mins. Absolutely amazing service. Thank you to Mas and Rob.

Really great experience at this Kwik Fit on Sunday for my car's MOT & Service. Mas was great at informing me of the report, and even helped me with different options for my car, I felt like he went above and beyond for me as a customer. The whole team were so efficient and professional, even when I had to come back later on in the day, they still managed to sort my car quickly. I'd give you all 10 stars if I could!
