I needed to replace my glow plugs on my Discovery.The so called Land rover specialist quoted silly money and was talking about stripping half my car to do it. I went to OSG and spoke to Marius who gave me an exact price for the job. and it was completed in 24hrs. I was very impressed with the professional service. and I will definitely use them again. A garage that can actually do the job at a sensible price and in good time. Say no more !!

Absolutely fantastic service. Clear plan of action. Great communication. Few weeks ago, I’ve blown my engine, timing chain jumped the cog and the valves met the pistons, disaster! Called couple of garages asking for help, unfortunately no one was willing to take a job, including one well established service for Japanese cars, my car is Mazda. There was no hesitation from OGS and I had my car back on the road within 8 days. I was dealing with men called Alex, he gave me a cost of diagnostics (obviously you need to know what’s wrong before you can price it) and then estimate overall cost of repair, close to final one within few pounds. During the whole process I had an update on the text and the PHOTO update over the WhatsApp, haw good is that!? I would recommend them without any doubts.

I would never use again - Called and spoke to Victoria, requested a call 30 minutes before as I had to leave work. Received a message to say Dan will attend, I replied and requested a call to say what time he will be to my address. I received a call from Dan to say he was at the location with no warning as I requested with Victoria/Dan. I called Victoria and explained as agreed I had not received a call before. Victoria call me back after taking to the manager and Dan 3 minutes later and said that Dan had to go to his next job. I was left on the road with 2 children after being promised a service. I requested the managers name to contact but I was told by Victoria that she could not give out a manager name. We received a call the day after and a technician attended and completed the work.

Within 45 minutes of initial enquiry, i had my car keys replaced at a very reasonable price. Very efficient. Keep up the good job, guys. Tha nk you

One of the best mechanics in London so far! I had a very difficult experience with my Audi A5 and Audi A3 and I tried to get them fixed in Audi dealers and it was a waste of time and money. Finally I had them recommended by one of my friends and I’m really glad that I found them and my both cars got fixed in a very professional way and permanent updated during this time! Alex was the main person I dealt with and made me feel confident from the first moment! Well done OGS Mechanics!!!
