Used Vokes 6 times over last weekend, and found the service excellent. The booking process was easy and efficient, with the staff being friendly and polite. All drivers were very friendly, polite and professional. By far the best taxi service I have used; a first class service, and will definitely use them again when next visiting the area.

Extremely rude and sarcastic woman on the phone, insisting the cab was there when it wasn’t. Refused to tell me her name. Eventually found a car eoth their company name on it,  who tried to charge us £10 more than the quoted price. Don’t usually write reviews, but this was a particularly bad experience - would not use again.

I met an awful driver today near Ightham, Sevenoaks driving vehicle White Peugeot SD63FRZ who refused to share the narrow lane even though he was really close to lay off area and then started gesticulating at me in the well known fashion. What a prat.

Used on Saturday 4th November. My Mum booked a taxi in advance telling them my address and we were heading to Spoons buffet in Rochester/Chatham High Street. The driver was on time but proceeded up New Road, we thought he was going to take Manor Road but kept on going! When I questioned him he said he thought we meant the one in Rochester? Then told us there were 3 of them. When we asked further he "thought we meant whetherspoons because people call it Spoons" 
After turning around and finally getting to our destination he charged us the full price even though it was his mistake!
I later found out a member of my party had exactly the same experience.
Big con!

If you need a taxi company within the Medway area, don't use this one :((
They almost never answer the phone and almost never have taxis in the area, especially weekends.
