Normally I find this company really good always used them before i moved, drivers are friendly and could always guarantee getting a cab when i called. However today a relatively short trip between Chatham and Rochester took almost twenty minutes cost almost twice what it should have done cause the driver took us the scenic route, admittedly I needed to get cash out on the way but we shouldn't have needed to go into Wayfield, I called the cab not far from Luton Road destination was just off city way (Near Jackson's fields) so was taken well out of my way! Disappointed I have used this company a lot in the past as I'm disabled very poor impression given to make a bit of extra money out of someone that relys on a service to be able to get about day to day.

Drivers are normally really good but today had a driver who asked what route I wanted to go, ignored it, then went the long route which was also busier to intentionally make the fare higher...

Use weekly. Book taxi by CNC phone app have called in too, friendly people. Taxis usually on time. Two thumbs up.

I've used this company many times in recent years. Always on time. Always send a text when on route. Reliable and punctual. Polite drivers too.
