Have used this company for airport runs for a few years but after our latest run would not use again.  The driver turned up and didn’t even offer to help with suitcases then driving on a motorway in the rain at 6am we found that the taxi was not fit for purpose, his lights seemed to be faulty and not lighting up ahead so constantly putting on full beam which to oncoming traffic is a hazard, dangerously slowing down on the motorway, probably from not seeing the road ahead, coming off the motorway a junction too early on our return.  Not a happy customer!

Not very helpful taxi company. Booked a taxi for 4 adults, 2 children (1 in a car seat) and a buggy. a driver turns up and then tells us there isn't enough room. We then phone up and order another one (one of our passengers managed to get a lift of someone else. Whilst we were getting in the taxi, the driver starts to move off. Driver decided to give himself a tip from our change. shocking service.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never in my life received worse customer service. HOW CAN YOU EMPLOY PEOPLE LIKE THIS TO DEAL WITH BOOKINGS!? I am horrified.
