The worst service I have ever experienced. Asked my partner to call me a taxi for when I finish work and the woman on the phone was unbelievable rude, she wasn’t listening to whay they were saying and hung up the phone abruptly mid conversation. The taxi showed up way before it was due, beeped twice and after literally 30 seconds drove away as I was not finished. Do not take your business here.

Needed to go to the hospital for my new born son today but had to go to the doctors first which was 2 mins from my home. upon arriving at doctors I realised I forgot a booklet with my newborns information I asked for the taxi to go back to my home quickly so I could grab a booklet with my child’s information this would have taken him all of 3 mins to go back and get back on track he refused, saying he had another job at hospital so that would have been too much for him fair enough then. Going to leave the doctors he managed to mount a curb reversing and on the way to the hospital had to brake sharply multiple times yet there website states “professional drivers” Wish I could give this taxi place lower rating will not use again I’d rather call an Uber or use another competitor
