I came into their original shop this past Sunday 27 Oct and while there, I left a shopping bag at the store. In between Sunday and today, surprise! They moved across the street! The employees were thoroughly accommodating and patient with me, even unlocking the old shop for me to see if it somehow got packed away somewhere. Miraculously, the bag was tucked away behind the counter. It brought my faith in humanity back up a notch. Aside from that, their new store is GORGEOUS with ample space and proper displays for the shoes, and you no longer have to wait in a queue outside. I'll definitely be getting new shoes come payday!
I cannot expressed how wonderful are the customer service of this young and kind lady Aga and her team and manager are. They helped me to choose the right barefoot shoes and with lots patiences and trying different models & surfaces i finally bought a few pairs. and i am sure i will come again and again. Thank you so much for your kindness & help. God bless you all.
The most fun I’ve ever had with my trousers on!! Dale and his team were simply sublime. The new shop literally 15 meters away from the old one - yes, I measured it is far larger and has an enormous amount of shoes on display. It also has lots of places to sit, strut and loiter too!. The staff are all enthusiastic and very “on trend” think cool clothes, decent footwear, three days worth of designer stubble, expensive glasses, carefully sculpted hair - you get the idea. The shoes are in my humble opinion the best invention since the wheel. Yes, they are expensive. However, for pain free and problem free feet - why would you not stretch yourself a little and make such a purchase? stop being so tight.. All in all Dale and his team made my day. I bought two pairs of super cool looking shoes and began weeping with joy, as I strode confidently from the store to Charring Cross station. I was so overcome with emotion in a good way that I spontaneously began singing Mysterious Girl - Peter Andre - I don’t know why either out loud on a packed train and didn’t stop until I lurched from the carriage precisely 32.58 minutes later yes, I timed it and no - the other commuters didn’t join in with the singing. Eventually I burst through my front door and with my new shoes cradled close to my heaving chest, I assured my fiancee, my children and my beloved hound Roxie - she’s a Shih Tzu and my favourite child that this was without a shadow of a doubt the best day of my life! Thank you Dale and your “Crew” for all your help. Once I’ve remortgaged the house and repaired my relationship, I’ll be back to buy again
The store was busy and chaotic but Candice - the shop assistant who was helping me choose my first pair of barefoot shoes was the sweetest and most helpful person ever! All five stars to her I also noticed that there’s another vivobarefoot store right opposite that’s getting ready to open some time in the future. The new one looks bigger so hopefully it’ll help to manage the crowds better.
Would give this shop a zero star if I can. I wished I would have read more reviews before purchasing Vivobarefoot. It seems Vivobarefoot has some quality issues. I bought the Primus Lite III shoes from Vivobarefoot Covent Garden this year 28.01.2024. After 9 months, there is a hole in right shoe! This never happened to any of my shoes... The quality of the shoes is really bad. It’s such a scam! The shoe breaks down after 6 months over the warranty period and before a year. My Merrrell walking shoes would last me at least 5 - 7 years… I went to the shop in Covent Garden on the 3rd November 2024 at around 3pm. The person at the cashier is really unhelpful and said he can’t do anything about it. He didn’t offer me to repair the shoes from Vivobarefoot and instead ask that I go to the my local cobbler instead. He is the most unhelpful person ever. This branch only takes your money and doesn’t offer any aftercare. I would not recommend Vivobarefoot to anyone. I will be buying my shoes from Merrell.
After months of seeing numerous ads and reels promoting the benefits of the barefoot movement, I decided it was time to change my footwear and give it a try. While the concept of barefoot shoes made sense to me, the service at this store and the quality of the shoes did not meet my expectations. I purchased a pair of the men's RA III Lux, which cost £170. Although the store was a bit busy, I chose to overlook the lack of a friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff, even though I would have preferred a warmer reception. I wore the shoes right out of the store, but within minutes, the right insole began curling up behind my heel. I took off the shoe, adjusted it, and kept walking. This happened again, and again. By the fourth time, I decided enough was enough and returned to the store to report the issue. The response I received was, "Some pairs of this model do have this issue, and you could try double-taping the insole." For a brand competing in this price range, I felt this was an inadequate response. Offering to exchange the shoes would have been a more fitting solution. Regardless, insoles that don't fit properly are unacceptable in shoes that cost £170. I returned them and left for good.
How rude! Customer in front of me was very abusive towards staff member. I've witnessed all, what a hypocrite that rude customer was it's unbelievable honestly. I had to tell her to stop and get a grip. Poor staff - hope you pay them well enough to be treated like that. I mean why do you allow to abuse your employees like that. You should hire security. Unbelievable. Best regards for your employees.
As a barefoot runner, sometimes in need of shoes, Vivo Barefoot was on top of my list for my London visit. Very friendly service, great advice, and I got the possibility to try and fit several models. Very happy
Its a storefront so you can try on Vivo barefoot shoes. The staff are super helpful and kind. They helped me understand the need to size up my shoes. And were helpful with my questions about the shoe. Definitely recommend going in if you need advice or to try on their shoes.
I had a really great experience! Despite the shop being super busy the staff were really helpful and patient. I tried on various shoes and sizes to find the perfect fit. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable and really helped me select my first ever pair of Vivo's.
