Terrible service, insensitive and liars. On a Christmas night they made us wait couple of hours after accepting the order, everytime we called they kept saying it would be there in 5 mins or 2 mins. They ended up canceling the order. Thanks to google, minimum rating is 1, otherwise this place doesn’t even deserve that. They are with two different names on eats, pathetic.
This place is incredible. Huge pizza fan, showed up at 1 am and they still took pride in their work and made the tastiest pizza. 100% would recommend to anyone
Ordered at 8.50pm on a Saturday night and the pizza was with me 15 minutes later, piping hot and tasty.
Great food toppings! The prices are decent. Ordered from here quite a few times, not many issues if any.
Extremely unprofessional and they are liars. Almost every time I have ordered, they forget something. This time they forgot my dessert and when I told them they lied to me by claiming they would send another driver , but they did not. I am very dissatisfied as they took my full payment before revealing that they did not have the cake. I cannot stress how annoying this is and would really advise buyers to think twice or make make extra extra precautions when ordering from this company
These guys are terrible! They used to be my favourite pizza delivery service but lately they have gone massively downhill. Had a few bad and some downright bizarre situations recently: pizza never turning up, or turning up 5 hours late at 3am, then today being charged for an order that they cancelled, and being hung up on and shouted at when I called to question. Not impressed, disputes raised with both Uber and PayPal. Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else.
One favorite take away, real italian style wood fire oven bake. They are mad busy all the time. Wicked staff nd management, i always collect my pizza, love to see how they work. Dont worry about some sick reviews 100% recommended
I am always surprised at the negative reviews. Today they made a mistake and within 12 minutes of me calling they arrived with a whole pizza with correct toppings at no extra cost. I also got to keep the other pizza too! Great customer service. It’s my favourite pizza place and I wouldn’t order from anywhere else. Amazing food every time and always piping hot and fresh.great flavour and quality of ingredients always! Thank you guys!
