Fantastic service from Dotty and Jamie. Treated us like royalty. Shop was immaculate also. A lot of high end clothes retailers in Manchester need to go in to learn what proper customer service is like.
Was really shocked during my shopping experience at Vivienne Westwood Manchester. The lady whom I believe was the manager was extremely rude and abrupt with me and my grandma. No patience and was very condescending answering my questions. I would advise any customer to go to another shop. Very disappointing!
