What an incredible holiday in Mauritius, booked expertly by Sophie and Fiona not our first through Viva Vacations, definitely not our last either. With only a vague idea of where to go this summer, they came up with a great suggestion, with expert knowledge as to the best area of the island to go to for the weather in August. They sent through three great looking hotels and we couldn’t have been happier with the one we chose. The personal touch really made a difference, everything was so smooth and made it all a breeze. I cannot recommend Viva Vacations, Sophie and Fiona highly enough. Thank you! Can’t wait to think about next summer now…
Sophie at Viva vacations was brilliant, she helped us rearrange our honeymoon twice due to COVID cancelling our first two attempts. She went out of her way to help us and it was a stress free experience. Everything was perfect, even helped with sorting out my passport issues. It was such a good service that we are using them to book to go away again as it was so well organised. I cannot recommend them enough, they are brilliant!
From start to finish, Sophie at Viva Vacations went the extra mile to ensure that our much needed holiday was everything we’d hoped for. Our needs could not have been better met if we’d arranged it ourselves. From start to finish Sophie handled everything, from booking flights, hotel and car hire to checking us in and printing off our boarding cards. We were given clear information throughout about our holiday booking and received a pack of useful contact details should we need it whilst on holiday. We cannot thank Sophie enough for keeping us informed about the ever changing Covid restrictions. This allowed us to make an informed choice and we are so grateful for the fact that Sophie had no hesitation in rescheduling our holiday at no additional cost to us. We would like to say a huge thankyou to Sophie and Viva Vacations and look forward to using their services again.
Viva vacations were brilliant in helping us plan our honeymoon at reasonably short notice. We had a few ideas and a budget but Sophie and Fiona put these together into an itinerary with a number of options and their travel knowledge. We received a pack with all the information before we went away, had regular updates on check in which they did for us and they even called ahead to the hotels to check everything was in order. We had no stress or hassle which was exactly what we wanted on our honeymoon and would definitely recommend them. Thank you both very much. Matt and Em
We have just come back from the most amazing honeymoon organised by Sophie and we couldn’t be happier not our first holiday booked and will not be the last!. We always give Sophie a very vague idea and Sophie uses her expert knowledge to know the places to go at the right times. Sophie shared a few options, and we were really pleased with the choice of hotels shared. Sophie does not stop looking at hotel/country options until she knows we have the right one! Viva Vacations offer the personalised experience from start to finish, sharing hints and tips, always looking for great deals, checking us in to the welcome home notes. We know that if anything was to happen on holiday, that Sophie and Fiona would be there to support us throughout. Highly recommend Viva Vacations, and we have already started to think about the next holiday!
Such an amazing holiday booked through Viva Vacations! We are a family of 4 with 2 young children and wanted a stress free holiday with some sun! Sophie and Fiona gave us great options, and worked tirelessly to get us flights that worked for us too! We had the best holiday in Mallorca and already want to book for next year! Would thoroughly recommend Viva Vacations!
We just wanted to say a Massive thank you to Sophie & the team at Viva Vacations. They have been amazing through these very uncertain times as we have had to postpone & rebook our honeymoon on a few occasions. Sophie took time to get to know what we really wanted form our trip & offered her honest opinion & wealth of experience to ensure we had the best honeymoon for us. We have just come back from `10 days in Barbados and it was absolutely fantastic & worth every minute of the constant travel changes. Sophie kept is up to date on everything as it happened at such short notice & supported us all the way through. I am so pleased that we booked through a travel agent & particularly a local independent one that really cares about you as individuals. We couldn't have wished for a better service & look forward to booking more holidays with you in the future. You are so professional, friendly & efficient we wouldn't book with anyone else... Covid testing & form filling in is a small price to pay for such paradise. If you are thinking should we book out Holiday or not I would say a definite yes & go through someone like Viva vacations that you can 100% trust. Thanks again x
