I have just booked a car for our Florida holiday with Sarah Burgess at the Giltbrook office. Sarah was extremely helpful in helping me select which car I needed and explaining to me the different levels of insurance. I would recommend this office and Sarah and Dottie. An excellent service.

I was very happy with Sarah she gave me time to discuss my problems and was very helpful.

I’ve been dealing with Sarah since booking my holiday quite some time ago, to say she has had patience and maintained professionalism is understating it with the amount of questions and the like I have thrown at her. Great service from the start and all the way through. Would highly recommend.

I have used Virgin Holiday Giltbrook several times over the last few years and always found the staff  extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The quality of the holidays they sell are great value for money as they seem to always go a step further to make your holiday the best possible. Due to COVID we have had to cancel and swap dates on a couple of holidays we had already booked, the refund process was very quick, and the holiday we swapped our dates on was sorted  with no issues at all. I would highly recommend Sophie and staff at Giltbrook Nottingham.

Really had a good experience sarah was brilliant took in all our needs did everything for us even booked our seats and helped us pick them and gave us a bottle of prosecco as it was our wedding anniversary thanks alot for everything
