Booked my honeymoon to Cuba here in January 2017 to travel in September. This experience was fine it was the aftercare that lets them down. I wasn't told it would be £160 to pre book flight seats and when I contacted them to query it they just blame everything on Virgin Atlantic, my return flight from Cuba was cancelled too and this travel agent weren't interested again blaming Virgin Atlantic. My honeymoon was cut short due to hurricane Irma and again this travel agent weren't interested in helping me travel elsewhere or collect my refund, again blaming another part of virgin.
In the eyes of the customer they're one company not two! It just felt like they want your money and then wash your hands of you. After care service needs vastly improving considering virgin are a premium tour operator it is a must! I went into the travel agent expecting a personal touch for my honeymoon, its not worth it do it online yourself.
