BIG ‘Thank You’ to David Sneyd for arranging our trip of a lifetime to Namibia. Brilliant accommodation choices, great facilities, activities and wonderful service. David has looked after us for many years and we would never use anyone other than Trailfinders.

Superb service from Alison and a great trip put together. Superb way to do it if you don't want to DIY your holiday. Thank you Alison fir all the sweets. Highly recommended.

Saturday visit, had to wait as only 2 customer advisors on. Good experience if a little slow due to old computer programme. Holiday booked as they are the best in my experience for long haul holidays if a trifle expensive.

Came into shop at a busy time but there was no receptionist or other person to explain the waiting process. We then waited for an hour and when a travel agent was available we were told he didn't deal with the destination we wanted to go to. I really felt someone should have come across and spoke to people who were waiting. However   after giving this review I was contacted by a Duty Manager who was apologetic and explained that due to recruitment issues the  branch I visited were short staffed. Helen was very helpful, gave useful advice and offered to set up an appointment to see her personally in order to help with our enquiry.

Amazing customer service from Bernadette Cook,so friendly,she found myself and my sister the trip of a lifetime to Australia at the most unbelievable price she went   above and beyond,would highly recommend

Excellent help on all occasions.I have used them over the past seven years to arrange tours with small groups all over the world. They look for the best deals on flights and hotels to fit in with your requirements.They have a very good visa department to help you sort these out .I think they are the best agents in the business.I make use of the Nottingham branch which is always friendly and helpful.

Not what they used to be a few years ago . Some prices OK sometimes expensive. Very difficult to contact by phone and itinerary difficult to print off

I can't rate trailfinders enough- they have been fantastic throughout and exceptionally helpful through the pandamic- their knowledge is excellent and truly try and find the best holiday that caters your needs. There are no hidden extras with them and work around your need.  Sarah at Nottingham was our agent and she was amazing.

We used trail finders for the first time for our trip to Australia after being recommended by a friend, as we had never done a long haul trip before.  My husband literally gave them our budget and they did the rest.  I have to say it was amazing! Everything was put together perfectly.  All the hotels that were picked for us were perfectly located for us to see the sights. It all ran so smoothly.  Can’t fault the service we received.  Will definitely be using trail finders again!!
