I was completely messed around, I phoned STA Travel to ask them if they can beat a online price I found with travel trolley, they swindle did manage to swindle me away  by stating that travel trolley have a bad reputation online and they would take your payment and then call you to say that their was problem with ticket being double booked and make you pay more. 

As STA is located in nottingham I thought I would have more confidence traveling with them, they told me if I was to pay now they would try to price match travel trolley online price and if they were unable to they would provide me with a refund. I went ahead I informed them that I'm using my brother card he had given permission, there was some problem with world pay. So was advised to come into the branch and pay using the chip and pin. I was told either me or my brother could come into the store and that they are open until 7. I did stress the fact me and my brother want to use this specific card as it is a interest free credit card for a year, which would allow us to break the cost up over a year. I was made to wait 20mins informing that I rushing for time, I was then was told that my brother has to present in order to use his card, which his fine but they could have told me that initially before making rush into the city centre. Stating that the precise might change if I don't pay sooner. I also requested the flight itinerary several times and did not receive. Rude poor customer service experience.

My wife and I are now a week out from going on our round the world trip completely booked through you guys and more specifically by Jack Gow.  
From our first email to the hours spent in store and countless emails since then, Jack has answered every question and dealt with every issue we've come across.
We just want to say a massive thank you to Jack and the other members of staff and we can't wait to get going!
