Spoiler Alert: NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE. Visited yesterday. I can honestly say this is one of the most depressing , unfriendly 'stores' I have ever visited. To call it a store is an utter joke, it's a broom cupboard with a handful of grubby chairs and some sad looking merchandising stands. And don't get me started on the two staff. Sullen, unfriendly, with the male staff member intermittently staring out of the front of the store, and slouching in a chair with his feet up on another. Unbelievable. The female managed to summon up a few words, all this without eye contact, and proceeded to carry out 'fraud checks' including one phone call where she was held in a queue for the 15 minutes I could bear to be in there. When I queried why it was taking so long, she informed me that it's usually answered pretty quickly. No apologies on behalf of the company, no small talk to put me at ease. She just slouched there. tapping away on a screen, before demanding my drivers licence and bank card. All the while I am pushed up against a heater right by my legs, which is on full power. In June. It wasn't particularly warm, but last time I looked the Saddlers Centre wasn't in Antarctica . Do I need to say I never stuck around? I was a dream customer, knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to sign up to a 36 month mobile contract, no effort needed from the Sales Assistants at all. When I informed her that I couldn't wait for her endless call to be answered, she just thrust my bank card back at me, and muttered OK, no word of apology, nothing.I have just returned from a trip to North Korea. Both of these staff members need to go there to pick up a few tips on customer service. Utterly appalling. Shame there isn't an option for zero stars. 30 minutes of my life i'll never get back.
I was with Virgin and was happy up to a point. When I moved home they could not provide the service at my new home. They said I had to pay till the end of contract. I told them I would not. Their answer was "we did not ask you to move". I resorted to the ombudsman and I got my money back. I would not recommend Virgin to anyone. They used to put the price up at least twice a year. The last year I was with them they put it up 4 times.
Harsheet is absolutely amazing. We have been to 4 virgin stores and no one helped like he did. Thanks you so much for making my life so much easier.
Opened a VM Account. Had an email through confirming all ok. Then another one through explaining they credit check all customers etc, and to give it a day or two. 10days later, I'm told their still looking at my credit record which is fine and to wait longer. I can access mine in an instant, and see if it's good or bad. Quite how it's taken nearly 2 weeks for them to apparently not do the same is beyond me. Signed up with Now TV, date set, equipment here, ready to go. Now that's service.
I honestly don't know what people are complaining about, maybe they have something lacking in their life. Thank's Hannah for trying to sort out my locked phone, you tried couldn't be done you did your best can't ask more than that It's unlocked now as you can see Thanks again for your help it's was appreciated
I am very very happy with the customer services I was greeted with and received from the team in the walsall branch today. I was givin great advice and help from the the team the person helping me was a big help and is has made me and my son happy for Christmas this year I appreciate the service virgin has provided for me today.
The walsall store seems to have no knowledge on how there returns policy works. This is a direct review on Hannah who had me driving and running around for the whole of my Saturday trying to exchange / return the iPhone 6s to get the iPhone 7. I bought the 6s on saturdsy as they had no other phone and I was desperate but they told me to come back next Saturday to exchange it as they will HAVE the iPhone 7’s in then so I’m like “that’s great i’ll See you then”, I go in the following Saturday for the same person hannah to tell me they haven’t got any but insisted we go to another store which will have them, I then had to tell her to call Wolverhampton & Telford stores as she didn’t seem like she was going to ask off her own back! In the end she didn’t find out and we had to phone Wolverhampton ourselves and they had the iPhone 7, so we go over there hoping to return the 6s to them and get the 7 for them to go and tell us that WE CANT take the 6s as it isn’t our stock! At this point I was losing my patience.. not with Wolverhampton store as they had a lot more knowledge then what Hanna did in Walsall who is supposedly head of returns! So we had to buy the iPhone 7 from Wolverhampton and then go ALL the way back to the walsall store to exchange the 6s.. we was expecting Hannah to still be there as I wanted to have a word with how she has wasted my time burn of course she leaves her shift early when she knew we was coming back to the store and had her colleague deal with it instead who was very helpful. Hannah you are not fit to do returns if you do not know how it works, laziness to not understand the companies policies is mind boggling to how you are the HEAD OF RETURNS. You wasted mine and my girlfriends ENTIRE Saturday having us running around to different stores when you SIMPLY could of told us we need to exchange the 6s at your store and go to Wolverhampton to get the new phone but you didn’t. Not happy and will be taking this further. Do NOT get your phone from the Virgin Media Store in walsall people.

Great experience in the virgin shop in Walsall 1st class service from Tom what a great guy. Start to finnish was a great service. Would 100% recommend Tom and the virgin store in Walsall
