Great place nice and big space and have really nice staff. Everything is nicely organized and is just a great place to get your xbox or playstation games.
Shop is nice and tidy, they don't play obnoxious music while you're trying to think. Staff is friendly and helpful, will help you if you have questions. Will also sometimes have rarer stuff for collectors like me
A lot of stock to choose from. Not just games and videos / CD or Blu-ray but camera equipment, phones, phone accessories, desktops and computing. To name but a few. Gone are the days these shops used to smell. Most times I've gone into the shop and asked questions the staff seem to be knowledgeable on what I'm asking about. Only reason I deducted a star is sometimes the price is a tad more than you can find online. And the trade in offers are ridiculous. But if you want a quick swap/ trade I guess it's a service...‍.
Found the dessicated half-corpse of a rat in my order of a black Nintendo Wii and a copy of Starwars, The Force Unleashed, which I purchased from their online storefront. I'm still unsure how it was missed because there wasn't any damage to the packaging.
Don't go here much other than when I fancy buying an older game, or need to sell some old tech. Staff are always super friendly, like a seriously good crowd of ppl there. Prices are standard for 2nd hand games, selling you're better off doing it yourself but if like me you cba with the ballache then it's perfect.
Update: Shout out to Lee, handled my sale smoothly and was friendly and professional. Great costumer service, very good team you guys have in Walsall store.
To start what was such a poor experience that i am having to leave my first review ever. The service was soo poor in this store that i have to leave this review the staff were soo rude when my freind's son who is 11 asked a question and the lady behind the counter said let me finish first was soo rude there were 3 members of staff all very rude i went to sell my steering wheel which i knew of full working order too be told after 10 mins the motor was making a loud noise and was broken i then went to cash generators told them it could be faulty. They couldn't find a fault and even showed me so unless it fixed its self something fishy there very very poor service
The purple or pink hair lady was very controlling. She was talking about customers and laughing behind her hand with her colleagues. So rude
It's ok but they could give a little bit more as they practically make double what they pay you.
It's big and well stocked but the staff are a bit unfriendly. I will be using the cex in bilston from now on.
