Darren the Assistant Manager of Walsall’s 3 Shop was an excellent communicator and put me at ease & sorted my issue out within 1 minute whereas with the 3 Chat on Line was an absolute nightmare lasting 2 hours for a technophobe like me! Thank goodness for this shop continuing to exist on our high streets! I plan to return to get 1:1 coaching & to get an improved package. Thanks once again, you’re a star!

I was looking for broadband, I already have 4 sim cards with 3, good salesman went through everything and even gave me a better deal on my existing cards.
They do not help me any time. I have been using 3 more than 4 years. I have problem about debit order. I visited to check and understand but they rejected me. They are very rode.... At the end of April, my contract expired. I called to cancel it, but I've been charged £57 from my account for the past 5 months. I went to Walsall three but couldn't get any assistance. Today, I came to Sandwell three and when I explained the problem, the lady there was laughing behind my back, and they were very rude. They keep telling me to call on the phone, but I've called multiple times, not to reach them but to avoid being reached. So, I'm writing my problem here, hoping to find a solution in writing.
It's a pleasant experience walking in there. All the staff are more than professional and the deals are good. It's a nice building if you're into aesthetics and everything is overall well kept and up to standard. The deals are good, I got unlimited data for £20 a month for 2 years, first 6 months half price and there's plenty of deals throughout the year for returning and new members. Strongly recommend given the good enough connectivity and very competitive pricing.
Went to the 3 shop looking for a broadband deal after being let down by Openreach 4 times the staff were brilliant very helpful and friendly and being an older couple that meant a lot to us gave us a modem and told us what to do we couldn’t get it to work so went back next day and the young girl sorted it out straight away 3 months down the line we are really happy with the product well done 3 and the staff at Walsall

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU NEED ADVICE! Staff will refuse to help, and just tell you to call the call centre!! We are now in the middle of a GDPR breach/fraud, and instead of trying to help face-face, staff will just par you off to call customer service as, in the words of the assistant manager, "but this is could be legitimate customer", even though I showed my driving licence to prove our address etc!!! Both workers were adimant not to look at this by the way! We have had to go to the police to open a case because of this! This is not the first time we have encountered this at this store, or other 3 stores in fact, what has happened to customer service! No wonder people are losing jobs in stores because they'll refuse to help and give the work to the call centre workers!! VERY DISSATISFIED!
