The price of the products here are very good compared to other retail competitors, my only issue is you cannot get refunds here, only exchanges. Other than that I have never had an issue with this establishment
The shop signs are confusing it said mens first floor so we went in the lift as I am disabled. To find out the things that we wanted out the mens section were on the ground floor. Why have signs if things from different departments are just dotted around every where?
Hello I ordered the new Harry potter game on Friday and I paid £10 extra for next day delivery. We are on Wednesday and I still haven't received it . But the money has been took out the bank. Your delivery partners evri are not delivering the parcels. They are either throwing them anywhere and they are robbing them.
Staff friendly and helpful. Bit of a queue when we went but they served people as quickly as possible and it soon went down. Great selection of games for various consoles and merchandise too
It's a good games shop and the staff are always very friendly and helpful when asked any questions and they always have good knowledge. My one criticism is that some of the games in there are far too overpriced. I understand that there are property overheads to cover and everything but there are games in there that you can go and get around £10 to sometimes £20 cheaper online which is quite a significant amount cheaper.
Just browsing really, went to look at some golf trousers but no interaction from the staff. From what I could see half of them had just returned from a funeral and the other half were preparing to go to one
Feels really strange having to go into a sports shop to get the the Game store, but it is what it is. Picked up my new PS5, had a chat to the guy working there, nice and friendly and everything was good. Not sure how consumer traffic is for this store but its a very strange location.
Couldn't see a lift so had to walk 2 floors of stairs to get there. Disappointed over how small it is. It's just a small side of shelves and doesn't even cover half the floor. The games I saw were all pretty much the same price as brand new so why would anyone purchase a pre owned game for the same price as brand new!??
Quite frankly, there's no wonder why people decide to go to a gaming store rather than using online services such as Playstation Store, Steam or the Microsoft Store. The prices are substantially lower and you can get instant direct support from real people, the staff here are definitely competent at their jobs too, and can find solutions to the majority of your questions/concerns too. The shop is well maintained and well organized, I would definitely recommend this as your regular gaming store.
Overpriced. Unfriendly atmosphere While in store I checked prices on Amazon and high st stores. Some of the chart games were more expensive second hand than brand new elsewhere. Not many customers, staff more concerned with having a laugh than helping people. Very disappointing. Was there about half an hour. No customer service at all
