READ THE TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS!!Basically got my contract cancelled for no reason.tried talking to countless people who can't speak or understand a word of English. o2 eventually sent bailiffs after I stopped direct debit. The bailiffs then told me o2 had admitted they were in breach of contract and all was sorted.4 weeks later the bailiffs have sent me another demand from o2 for a second contract I didn't even have. Even the lady at the debt agency had to laugh. Will definitely contact trading standards and ombudsman. Whoever uses o2 have only got themselves to blame I strongly suggest anyone thinking of going to o2 should read the TRUST PILOT REVIEWS. Latest:: O2 still dithering about trying to sort their incompetence out and because of their mistakes my credit score has now gone down. Avoid at all costs. Latest:after 3 months of hearing nothing they even sent a demand of £67 for a third contract I never had. Total p.ss take. CREDIT SCORE HAS GONE FROM 700 DOWN TO 500. Go a few meters down the road to 3three, better coverage and actually have a customer service that can speak English
Friendly efficient staff who sorted out issues with no stress and easy relaxed manner. Should have gone here first instead of getting messed about by O2 customer service
Very poor service, in both senses of the word. Mobile signal in Walsall is horrible, usually under 0.1 mb/s on 4G and this has been ongoing for at least 3 months. Employees were unaware of this somehow and it seems the shop only has sales people who weren't interested in my problems and told me to go away and call customer services.
Very arrogant and rude staff. They should review their staff behaviour towards customers.
Went in for upgrade yesterday after having a horrid experience booking on line regarding delivery. Sara was fantastic everything was sooo easy. My preferred option for new phones in the future. She was professional, helpful and ensured everything updated perfectly.
Excellent customer service from Sarah at the 02 shop walsall, my husbands phone had a fault so went in to the shop fully prepared to buy a new phone, but within 2 minutes Sarah had rectified the fault, saving me money. Credit to your company
Very helpful staff. Wasn't sure what phone I required, staffs soon sorted me a fabulous new one at a very reasonable price. As I am a novice, they even put all the apps on I use. Made it pleasurable and easy for me. Been a customer for many years and would recommend them to everyone.
Fantastic, went there yesterday to upgrade my daughters phone. Straight forward no hassle, Michelle kindly reserved the handset for me earlier in the day. Michael was very polite down to earth, no pushy sales, whole process was easy. Made my daughters birthday when I gave her the handset. Many thanks.
Update: Absolutely amazing member of staff , who helped me again with a really odd issue with Google assistant app , where even on Google help page stayed Google has no solution for the issue which a few more people experienced just like me. And this guy sorted it out!!! He should be paid by Google or get a contract. Well done, I appreciate it very much Friendly staff, good understanding of my issue, guick resolved. I am happy with the service.
Always helpful pleasant staff. The staff are very thorough and explain in detail. No problem too small.
