What a wonderful day I had today! Arrived for spa day with Swedish massage.From the begging of checking at the reception Frank made me feel welcome with plenty of information where to go and what to do before my treatment. Amazing job . I had my coffee in relaxing room before the massage. I felt so relaxing with the spa music I could felt asleep ! My treatment person was Amy such a professional person. Made me feel welcome and explained about treatment as it was my first experience. What an amazing job ! The experience was so relaxing! Thank you so much ! I need this so much! I had truly 5 star experience!
Really lovely health spa. Easy to get to. Facilities were clean and staff were lovely. Zoe was amazing during my spa treatments. Would 100% recommend.

I went for a Swedish couples massage for my birthday and loved every second. The staff were very friendly and their expertise was reassuring. There was also access to a relaxation room, with waterbeds and heated marble beds too. Then there was a clean pool area, with jacuzzis, sauna and steam room. The changing facilities are clean and tidy too, with showering available and communal and private changing.
Ruthless attitude by membership staff over a client’s financial circumstances- have threatened court action when they lost their job and advised the club. Mr Bannatyne however broke the contract by closing on the funeral which was not covered in the T&Cs and offered no partial refund. Cashless club terrible cafe worst ever food and rank coffee and tea served in paper cups. I’m out.

I went to Bannatyne Spa for my hen do, and I had a wonderful time. We each had a 45 minute treatment, access to the facilities and use of the relaxation room. The staff were so lovely, and even gifted myself and the chief bridesmaid. I can't wait to go back, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.
If I could give no stars i would. My partner and i went for a couple of treatments each...apon arrival we where forced into purchasing a spa back that turns out we didn't need at all, £32 for both and it contained literally a towel a robe and a pair of torturous flip flops that cut your feet. The woman at the desk said when we return the towels we will get £10 back for each so we let it slide. We where there for an hour recieved our treatments that i have to say where below par but the ladies where pleasant at least. After not touching the towel or robe the woman at the desk then backtracks and said we had to return both items to get our money back but we could keep the flip flops....eh thanks what a bargain. That was over a week ago and i still havent recieved my £20 refund and lumbered with £6 torture devices that cut my toes and gave to the dog for a chew toy. Couldnt express enough how disappointed and dissatisfied we are, would never recommend and certainly would avoid if you dont want to be robbed.
Good gym, pool is often busy and at peak times i.e. 5pm to 7pm there are two lanes of the main pool roped off for kids swimming lessons. Leaving just one large one at the busiest time. Havent been able to swim a few times because of this.
