Great gym. Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to each member. Good atmosphere with like minded people. More expensive than other gyms but you certainly get what you pay for at HENCH. Gym is suitable for all people no matter what stage they're at on their journey.

Best gym I've been to in Belfast. All the coaches take their time to explain all exercises and answer any query you have. Great atmosphere in the gym too!

I have been training at HENCH now for 9 months. The facilities are great, the training is top class and the coaches are very knowledgeable and approachable.  The attention to detail that you get in HENCH is brilliant. This has made a huge difference in improving my lifts and form each session.  The atmosphere in the gym is great and I couldn't recommend it enough for anyone in the Belfast area!

I joined HENCH last year to prolong my sporting career. At 35 I was about to start a new season with my local team where the average age is 22.  I’ve always been a member of gyms around Belfast and would have considered myself to be fairly knowledgeable in relation to weights training.  However, when I joined HENCH, what I got was an education.  An education I wish I had 15 years ago.  There is a great atmosphere around the place, unlike any other gym I have attended, it actually feels more like a club or team. Subsequently with my team we have had  are most successful season ever, reaching an all Ireland final of which I’ve been able to contribute thanks to the team at Hench for their coaching and expertise.

Great gym and great coaching from very knowledgeable staff! I have tried many gyms across Belfast and can honestly say that Hench is superior in comparison. Group training with great people has kept me motivated not to mention the coaches are always keeping track of your progress. Groups are small and cater for people at all levels. I enjoy the extras too such as the infrared sauna and Cryotherapy! Coaches can also work out nutrition plans to help improve your overall fitness and wellbeing! Another plus - No posers at this gym...would recommend Hench to everyone!

I had been training by myself for a few years & felt things had plateaued, i was getting a bit bored with my commercial gym so decided I would give the Hench free taster session a try.  It was exactly what i needed, i signed up & with the coaches help, I set some new personal goals. I joined their small group classes & 2.5 years later I am still making progress, still loving it & still learning all the time.  They run excellent programs designed to get the most out of your workout and most importantly you learn how to do things right. The equipment is great, the coaches are sound & are dedicated to movement quality & precision. This is the best gym in town, go check them out.

Hench is a great gym with  a great atmosphere and ethos! Having been to many gyms throughout Belfast, I can say that the staff here have superior knowledge and experience, and most importantly they make everyone feel welcome. They have a fantastic range of equipment and the small group training set up works wonders for your training and advancing your goals in a fun and supportive environment. I would recommend to everyone thinking of siging up to a new gym in the new year... Give Hench a go!

I’ve been to quite a few gyms, but Hench is in a different class. The coaching is of an extremely high standard with a good attention to technique and form. There is great variation in the programming and I have been able to make excellent progress in a short space of time. I would recommend this gym to anyone, even to a complete beginner.

I recently had a month trial with Hench and decided to sign up as it exceeded my expectations. The coaches are great, they really listen to you and help drive you to meet your targets and goals. The workouts are fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Great facilities, inspiring and expert coaches, great community in a great location. Have loved my time at HENCH. Had a couple of injuries over the past year from being hunched over at a desk all day and the coaches have been invaluable on my road to recovery; the sauna and cryo helped too. Been such a positive addition to my health and wellbeing. Definitely recommend for anyone; I was a complete novice when I joined.
